About Us

CGA Mining Limited and its subsidiaries (formerly called Central Asia Gold Limited) is a mining company focused on exploring, developing and operating resource opportunities throughout the world, with it’s principal asset being the producing mine, the Masbate Gold Mine in the Philippines. It has been listed on The Australian Stock Exchange (ASX, code CGX) since April 1991 and on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX, code CGA) since 21 February 2005.

The Company also has a 20% interest in Ratel Gold Limited, listed on the TSX and now holding the African exploration assets, the Segilola Gold Project and the Mkushi Copper Project, previously held by the Company and a 10% interest in Sierra Mining Limited.

The current focus of the Company is an expansion of the operations at the Masbate Gold Project and an aggressive exploration program given the significant upside potential for both new resource ounces and a further conversion of inferred resources to reserves.
